Exchange and Refund Policy

Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for the inspection of the defective item. If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund.

Processing
  • Once the defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will process the exchange or refund.
  • If opting for an exchange and the replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
